Frequently Asked Questions

What skill level is required?

Navatu kits are available in varying levels of difficulty. Each product page clearly indicates the recommended build level, from introductory projects through to more detailed architectural builds.

No prior architectural experience is required. The kits are structured and designed for careful, focused assembly.

Are Navatu kits suitable for children?

Navatu kits are primarily designed for adults and older makers who enjoy detailed, hands-on projects.

Certain entry-level kits may be suitable for children aged 8 years and above with close adult supervision. Some builds require the use of glue, small components and basic craft tools.

Navatu kits are not recommended for young children due to small parts.

What tools are needed?

Basic tools such as fine glue, a small file or sandpaper, and a craft knife may be helpful depending on the design. Specific tool recommendations are listed on each product page.

Is glue included?

Unless otherwise stated, glue is not included. This allows customers to use their preferred adhesive and ensures safe shipping.

Is lighting included?

Where lighting components are included, this will be clearly specified on the product page.

How long does a build take?

Build time varies depending on the design and level of detail. Most kits are intended as a considered project rather than a quick assembly.

Are replacement parts available?

If a component is damaged or missing, please contact us with your order number and details of the part required. We will assist where possible.

Can I return an opened kit?

Opened or partially assembled kits cannot be returned unless faulty. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
