Returns & Refunds Policy — Navatu
Effective as of: 1 March 2026
Applicable to: All orders placed via navatu.com.au
We want you to be satisfied with your Navatu kit. Navatu kits are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Due to the precision and material nature of our products, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Navatu kit arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or issue
We will review and, at our discretion, arrange either:
- A replacement component or kit
- A refund
- Return shipping paid by us
All approved return shipments for faulty or damaged goods will be organised by us once your claim is approved.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Kits Only)
We accept returns for change-of-mind only if ALL of the following are true:
- The kit is unopened ✔
- The original packaging is intact ✔
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery ✔
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer, and all associated costs must be paid by you.
The original delivery cost is not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item, provided it meets the conditions above.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Returns Process

Submit a return request via the returns portal (or email us at studio@navatu.com.au).

We will review your request and notify you whether it is approved.

If approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Return shipping for change-of-mind is arranged and paid by you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (if applicable) will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or partially assembled kits (unless the return is due to a verified fault)
• Missing packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day period
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection and approval.
